Biggie Talent: Meet Nina Landowski

What makes your journey at Biggie unique?
My story with Ohlala began over 10 years ago. Fresh out of school, I did an internship there while looking for a permanent position. It was love at first sight: the team’s great energy, the creativity of the founder, Virginie de Kernavanois, the partnerships with desirable brands, I even met one of my best friends there.
Three months later, I landed a permanent role at another agency and then continued my career within two major beauty groups, while always keeping an eye on Ohlala. So when I saw in October 2022 that a position had opened up, I didn’t hesitate to apply and I got the job! I came back to where it all started to write a new chapter, this time as PR & Influence Account Director.
If you had to sum up the Biggie spirit in three words:
Agility, open-mindedness, cross-functionality.
What makes you passionate about your job?
I love the multidisciplinary nature of our collaborations. It’s a privilege to work with journalists who analyze and even launch trends, passionate brand founders, influencers, dermatologists, and communications experts.
I also love seeing the tangible results of our work: a feature in ELLE, an interview in Marie Claire, or a photoshoot for Madame Figaro. Reaching thousands of readers is incredibly exciting.
If you had a superpower?
I’m very nostalgic, so without hesitation, I’d love to revisit my past while keeping my current perspective. I wouldn’t change anything, just relive it fully. I recently realized how fast everything goes. I’d love to savor certain moments again: my early days as a mother or the carefree feeling of being a student or a schoolgirl.
A professional tip to share?
Always leave a positive impression wherever you go, at every level of hierarchy. I often tell interns who may not realize how small the world is: you’re likely to cross paths again, whatever your profession. It’s also about leading by example, something I try to apply myself, because you never know who you’re speaking to or what their future path will be. Better not to have a negative history with a future prospect!
